What do you mean by Robotic heart surgery?
By acting as the surgeon's extension during robotic surgery, we are able to operate through ports or incisions that are incredibly small. Two robotic "arms" pass through the incision side by side (between 2 to 2.5 centimeters). Each of these arms has a camera at the end that transmits images to a console or video monitor so the surgeons can be guided. In the operating room, there are two surgeons: one who directs the robot's movements and the other who stands close to the patient. The console that integrates two distinct images to provide a highly accurate, three-dimensional representation of the heart is visible to the surgeon operating the robot. It improves our accuracy and enables us to manoeuvre through tight placesRobotic mitral valve surgery , including both replacements and repairs, is the most frequent procedure surgeons perform.Additionally, doctors have closed holes in the heart and removed malignancies from inside the heart.
